All of us have experienced uncomfortable interactions with others and been unable to come together for one reason or another. Sometimes we are caught up in our emotions and unable to listen to other perspectives. Other times, we are blinded by assumptions. Sometimes, we just stay silent and seethe. And then, the conversation gets stuck.

This is where Olive Branch Solutions comes in. Our experienced approach helps people resolve conflicts, strengthen relationships, build trust and collaborate together through effective communications skills and group dialogues. And when needed, we can be an impartial and skilled mediator to provide conflict resolution solutions.

We partner with civic groups, schools and universities, religious congregations, businesses and nonprofits to promote respectful connections across differences.

Communications Training

Customized, interactive skills trainings empower groups and individuals to listen to understand and share their perspectives in a way that can be heard. When members of a community or team change how they communicate, people and organizations benefit. People feel seen and valued, relationships are enhanced, and individuals are happier and more productive.

Dialogue Design and Facilitation

Using conversation norms, structures, and carefully crafted questions, we design custom group dialogues that promote civil discourse about the topics that matter most – from politics, to community concerns or building connections. Dialogue creates the foundation for trust that is the first step to problem-solving and positive action.

Mediation Services

A trained mediator provides a neutral voice to help two or more parties resolve conflicts and generate win-win solutions while saving time and avoiding costly litigation.
